Wills
Wills are legal documents that state everything that will happen after the death of a certain person. It has a legal implication from the hands of experts called lawyers. They are especially made as an order of the person for the allocation of his or her riches to those he wishes deserves to be given. May it be a close relative, of course the children, a close friend, a good employee or whoever the person wishes to be the heir of whatever he has. A will also tells the world on which a certain person will give the assets that he has acquired. Not only that, a will also states on whom you wanted to make the guardian of your children. This is a legal document so as all decisions that the court will provide is stated in the dead person’s last will and testament. Without this, the court is the sole entity that is going to provide on what will happen to all the assets and will also be the to decide on who is the right person to be in charge of the dependent children to take care of.
Wills has its limitations. It only limits to in particular system such as, to the designation of the financial accounts on who will the beneficiary be, the designation of the person’s assets and those policies of the insurance. The person who is to make a will should make sure that all of the policies and the designation of the person’s wishes are updated always. This will also mandate on who will be the executor of the person’s property and that includes the distribution of the person’s property. Therefore he(the executor) must have the knowledge and exactly knows what his role. The executor of the will must also understand that there should be filling of tax returns and the like and he/she must be someone that the person(maker of the will) trust the most.
For those who wanted to make a will, the person must be of a legal age which is eighteen years old and with mental capacity of a sane person. Another rule that should apply is that the person must put the will into writing and should make the letter without erasures. To make it more truthful, the maker of the will can make a video to prove that while that certain person is making the will, he is on his sound mind and that his faculties are functioning well too.
Wills are the interpretation of a person’s will after he dies. It is the expression of the person’s own wishes on what should be done, where it should go and who will inherit as such. This written statement was duly signed by the person concerned thus invoking legality assisted by an attorney or a lawyer. The documents states all the names of the persons involved, the beneficiaries and the details of the person’s possessions. This document should be executed after the person’s death and should be done in the presence of all the parties involved or stated in the document.
